BRIDAL PARTY ORDERING PROCESS
To process your order, please follow these four simple steps:
1. Complete a Bridal Profile by either contacting an All Brides Beautiful Representative @ 330-655-1339 or by downloading, completing & e-mailing our Bridal Party Form ~ (Microsoft Excel Required) to Info@AllBridesBeautiful.com
2. Select an Order Deadline Date by counting 5 months back from the date of your wedding. Please allow 12–14 weeks for delivery upon receipt of full payment from the entire bridal party. We recommend you order bridesmaid dresses at least 20 weeks before the wedding to allow time for shipping & additional alterations, if necessary. 3. Complete Individual Bridesmaid Profiles by having each bridesmaid make an appointment @ All Brides Beautiful for professional measurements or by downloading, completing & faxing our Bridesmaid Measurement Form to 330-342-5495. *Please have each bridesmaid complete all requested information including payment method, signature and date, stating that she understands and agrees with all terms listed. *For your safety, please do NOT e-mail credit card information ~ you may call in your payment* *PLEASE NOTE: measurements must be taken by a professional.
4. Finalize Your Order by contacting us a week before the order deadline date so that everything can be confirmed and placed into production.

Additional Bridesmaid Ordering Information: SIZING: Our bridesmaid gowns are made-to-order and not custom made for the individual, so alterations may be necessary.
ORDER COORDINATION: We recommend that you ask your Maid/Matron of Honor help coordinate the placement of your bridesmaid orders.
PARTIAL PAYMENT by BRIDE: If the bride is paying for a portion of the bridesmaid dresses, then they need to inform All Brides Beautiful with the amount of money they want to put towards the purchasing of the dresses. Then the bridesmaids will fill out the ?Bridesmaid Order Form? with the adjusted amount of payment.
SHIPPING: If you decide you do not want to leave your house and have your dress shipped to your personal residence, then there will be a $25 shipping fee. However, if you have all of your bridesmaid dresses shipped to one location then the shipping fee is only $50 (this includes insurance on the retail total). Don't forget if you are shipping within the state of Ohio, you will also be charged tax of 6.5%.
RUSH CHARGES: If a RUSH is necessary, we will need to get pre-authorization from the designer. Each designer charges a rush fee per dress ~ charges vary by designer. Many do not accommodate rushes during the busy season in the spring.
